We are a HONG KONG company established in 1999, with own brand - CONCORD PLASTICS. We are specialized in modification of different kinds of plastics based on customer requests. Our main products include TPE, TPR, TPU, modifying and biodegradable materials. We have set up quality control system to ensure product quality. We have passed ISO 9001 compliance. And we are proud to announce that CONCORD PLASTICS has successfully regitered trademarks in Hong Kong and China. Also, we distribute full series of Covestro TPU (formerly known as Bayer) for our customers.

Products

1. TPE / TPR - Thermoplastic Elastomer

CONCORD PLASTICS is specialized in manufacturing variety of elastomer products of SBS, SEBS. With the adoption of advanced technology and new materials, CONCORD PLASTICS offers many different kinds of high performance material to its customer.

In addition to general grades, CONCORD PLASTICS could also tailor-make products to meet specific needs. CONCORD PLASTICS is a nontoxic, odorless and environmental friendly performance materials. The hardness of CONCORD PLASTICS usually ranged from Shore OO 0 to Shore D 60. It could be appeared as opaque or transparent in color. CONCORD PLASTICS also carry some special grades with excellet weather ability, heat and low temperature resistance. Some special CONCORD PLASTICS grade could also bond to other plastics such as PC, ABS, PP and even PA for many soft-touch applications.

Because of our comprehensive product range and our quality consistency, CONCORD PLASTICS has played an important role in many industries including toys, shoes, stationeries, home appliances, kitchenware, medical care, sporting goods, wire & cable and auto parts, etc.

2. MODIFYING PA/ABS/PP

"Reinforced materials can improve the flexibility and impact resistance of the original materials. Reinforcement can enhance the absorption of impact energy and reduce the possibility of brittle fracture, which will lead to increase in impact strength.

In addition, reinforced materials can maintain better physical properties in low temperature environments comparing to original materials. All substances are brittle under extreme cold conditions, after reinforcement the materials will not become brittle fracture easily.

Common reinforced materials include reinforced nylon, reinforced ABS, and reinforced PP, which are suitable for many products, such as toys, power tools, sporting goods, ski shoes, and household goods etc."

3. TPU

Thermoplastic Polyurethanes are high-tech materials with a unique combination of very useful properties. TPU products display high wear resistance, good resistance to oils, greases and solvents, and extremely goodweather stability, combined with high elasticity.
